Bonningtons does not sell direct to the public, therefore, if you have purchased one of our products and wish to return it for whatever reason, you should in the first instance contact the retailer/website where you purchased the item.

My product arrived faulty or broken
Your contract of sale is with the retailer from whom you purchased the item. If your item arrives damaged or faulty you should:
a) return the item to the shop from where you purchased it, along with your proof or purchase
or
b) contact the website/online seller from where you purchased it.
Your retailer will have their own returns policy, however, we strongly recommend you contact them immediately, or at the very least within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
If you have changed your mind about the item and wish to return it, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item.
N.B. In accordance with Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the right to change your mind about items purchased online up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Your internet seller will be able to advise you of their returns policy, however, please be aware you may need to cover the cost of returning the goods.

My item arrived with parts missing
In the first instance, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item. If this avenue is unsuccessful, please email us on customerservice@bonningtons.com.
Most Bonningtons products have a 1 year warranty, except Platinum products, which carry a lifetime guarantee. If you have had the item for less than 30 days, the contract of sale is with the retailer, and you should contact them with any issues. If you have had the item for more than 30 days, please email us at customerservice@bonningtons.com. Please note - you may need to provide video or photographic evidence in order for us to process your claim.
I have an item that has been damaged due to bad weather/broken accidentally
Unfortunately we are unable to replace items that have been damaged due to adverse weather conditions or broken accidentally.
