Bonningtons and Flow Change of Ownership.
We are pleased to announce the successful sale of the assets and brands of Bonningtons and FLOW, marking an exciting
new chapter for both businesses and the customers and suppliers we proudly support.
The assets and brands of Bonningtons have been acquired by NT International PLC and will be incorporated into their
existing business operations. The assets and brand of FLOW have been acquired by the Kemetyl Group and will likewise
become part of their expanding European operations. Both transactions will formally complete on 1st July 2026.
As part of the transition process, the final date for orders acceptance by the existing businesses will be 24th June 026 at
12:00 noon.
All orders placed from 1st of July should be communicated to the new owners. Customers are encouraged to contact their
regular sales representatives regarding new account application forms and onboarding arrangements. Our teams will also
be making contact directly over the coming days to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
We would like to assure you that this transition will not impact your access to our products. Our commitment to delivering
the same high-quality products you depend on remains our absolute priority under the new ownership
The same process will apply for suppliers, and we ask all supply partners to liaise with their existing contacts as new
account details and arrangements are communicated.
