All UK and Ireland orders include free standard delivery, providing your order reaches our minimum carriage paid requirements.
Orders are currently shipped the next working day from date of order, for all orders placed before 3pm.
Premium Delivery (UK mainland only): 2 working days - MOV £500
Standard Delivery (UK mainland only): 3 working days - MOV £500
Ireland/N Ireland: 5 working days - MOV £1000
Scottish Highlands and Islands and restricted postcodes: 4 - 7 days MOV £750

Further optional carriage charges for UK mainland deliveries are as follows:
Your delivery date will be shown on your order confirmation, for Scottish and Irish postcodes + 1 working day.
- Premium delivery: £45.00.
- AM delivery up to 12.30pm: £12.00
- Timed delivery between 10am and 4pm: £23.00 (contact us if you wish to arrange this option)
Export orders will incur a delivery charge. Please contact us for further information.
If you have any queries regarding the status of your order, please contact our customer service department. Please note: deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, unless you have selected to pay for an AM or timed delivery. We are unable to provide an ETA before 3pm.
How your order will be delivered
All orders are palletised We use a pallet network to deliver, so your goods could be delivered on any vehicle from a van to an articulated 40ft trailer. Please contact us if a tail lift is required. If you have any other special delivery requirements or restrictions, please contact us immediately. Returns and redeliveries are chargeable.
